Refund Policy

At Kolkata Nights United, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and teams or participants may need to withdraw from our corporate cricket tournaments. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and reasonable.

- 50% refund of the registration fee if a team withdraws more than 30 days before the tournament start date.
- 25% refund of the registration fee if a team withdraws between 15-30 days before the tournament start date.
- No refund will be issued if a team withdraws less than 15 days before the tournament start date.

Note:

- All refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days after the request is received. - Refunds will only be made to the original payment method. - Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the sole discretion of the tournament organising committee.
