Payment Policy

At Kolkata Nights United, we aim to provide a seamless and secure payment experience for our corporate cricket tournaments. Our payment policy is designed to ensure clarity and transparency.

Payment Terms:

- Registration: 50% of the entry fees must be paid during team registration. - Balance Payment: The remaining 50% of the entry fees must be paid in full before the commencement of your 2nd match (league/knockout stage).
- Failure to make payments within the specified period may lead to legal actions taken by the Organising Committee.
- Any deviations from the payment terms must be approved under the sole discretion of the Organising Committee.

Payment Methods:

- Bank Transfer: Details provided upon registration. - Credit/Debit Card: Secure online payment gateway. - Online Payment Gateways: [List preferred gateways, e.g., PayPal, Stripe].

Additional Charges:

- Late payment fee: 5% of the registration fee if payment is not made within the specified timeframe. - Bounced cheque fee: ₹500 (or equivalent) if a cheque is returned due to insufficient funds.

Payment Confirmation:

- Payment receipts will be sent via email upon successful transaction. - Teams must present their payment receipt during check-in on the tournament day.

Note:

- All payments are subject to applicable taxes and levies.
- We reserve the right to modify our payment terms and policies without prior notice.

By registering for our tournaments, teams and participants agree to this payment policy and understand that it is non-negotiable.
